I'm not a gen z pero kung marining ko to sa employer during interview i would keep quiet nalang kasi mga ganyang utak di na magbabago and bukod sa ma badshot ako i would take note of na toxic for sure ang work environment kung ganyan mindset ng employer kaya hard pass mga ganyang companies for me 🤷♀️

Lol ano ginawa naming mga gen z na masama 😅 eh di sa job posting nila wag sila mag hire ng gen z di ba 🤣 so far buti wala pa akong na experience na gantong interview baka di ako maka sagot ng professional hehe ✌️

Red flag mga ganyang comments kahit di gen z bat mo sasabihin own opinion mo na wala naman basehan minsan nakakalimutan ng mga hr na they represent the company's impression kung ganyan for sure matatakot mga applicants kasi ganyan tingin sa kanila tsk tsk
