180k salary monthly pero pagod na pagod na.
Help! 29M, no kids, earns 180k net per month pero burnout na malala. Toxic environment at long hours, hindi ko na nakikita sarili ko rito.
May 1M savings ako at balak mag-resign to start a business. Risk: for sure pay cut pag bumalik ako sa corporate. Tama ba na i-let go ang ganitong sahod for peace of mind?

180k income is hard to let go pero understandable sa toxic part na di mo na kaya kasi aabot talaga tayo sa ganung point, hmm for me kung balak mo mag business i suggest to try muna ng small one while working kasi 50/50 din ang business at mahirap pag sabayin pero mas nakaka stress mag resign at walang stable income

bro, as someone who resigned without back up because of too much stress affecting my mental health, I would suggest to stick with your job until such a time you have more than 1M savings. In the interim, if you can be honest with your manager/employer, maybe you can request for a longer LOA?
