May mga companies that will put a premium pag cum laude, if you pass their internal exam, impressive ka during interview and kung meron silang fast track program e.g. Management Trainee program. Kung wala silang leadership program and you take the regular route, most likely same salary as the others ang ibibigay. Look for companies na may exam and may fast track programs, sila ang willing magbayad ng mas malaki for fresh graduates kasi sila rin yung may training program to unlock your potential

You'll gain that in the future. You just have to work for it. Nagsisimula ka pa lang naman. When I was still a fresh grad, naabutan ko yung 12k minimum at nakakaipon ako nun. Up to you pano mo gamitin ang pera at palaguin. Nasa real world ka na kaya dapat mas malakas ang loob. Wag mo ilagay sa ulo ang pinag-aralan. Kailangan maging humble at patient tayo sa paghahanap ng trabaho at pagharap sa tao. Kung ngayon pa lang nagrereklamo na, maraming bagay ang hindi mo tlaga maa-appreciate. Good luck!

My advice for fresh grad prepare you resume & portfolio as an entry level ito yung panlaban niyo to break-in much better if my isang globally recognized certification ka before your first job AI sorting application process is

3. education
if nasa 3 ka ngayon try to reach the no. 2, SA era ngayon specially AI Agent's ang nag process SA mga Job/Application Platforms.
