kaya mo yan .. mas mahirap yung mga inugat na sa company na akala nila alam na nila lahat .. Sandwich approach mo .. Then don't forget to ask more question if ever negative yung feed back mo sa knila .. Dig deeper bka kasi may reason behind.. After that ilatag mo ung solution then summarize and empathize but they also have to understand na every wrong doing has its own consequences.. minsan kasi ung mga bad behavior ng employees is may source lang . you just have to figure it out
