Plant Manager
I am currently acting GM to two power plants and assisting our shopping malls in terms of energy projects and management. I am working sa Minda going 7 years na and my previous employer wants me back sa Luzon pero forget my GM status as in O&M scope cowboy style meaning hands on pero wala pa offer. Gusto na kasi namin bumalik sa hometown. OFW sa sariling bayan. Any thoughts

Alam ko na mahirap mag-decide, lalo na kung matagal ka na sa isang lugar at ang daming na-achieve mo. Pero kung yung desire mo is to go back to your hometown and be with your family, baka ito na yung tamang time. Minsan kasi, ang success hindi lang nasusukat sa position o career, kundi sa balance ng work and personal life. Kung maghahanap ka ng new opportunity, sana mahanap mo yung match sa goals mo, kung saan ikaw ay happy, fulfilled, at may oras pa para sa family. 😊
