Nagbakasyon lang ako, tinanggal na ako?! 😡 4 months akong nagtrabaho 7 days a week, tapos habang nasa vacation, biglang may email—terminated. Walang warning, walang usapan. Napa-call ako kay boss, sabi niya nawala daw trust niya dahil sa minor time edit. Pero na-explain ko naman!
Sabi niya okay na, pero 30 mins later, tinawagan ulit ako—co-owner daw gusto pa rin akong tanggalin.

Grabe naman dedication mo to work 7 days a week literal walang pahinga kea gets ko grabe mong galit pero depende din kasi to sa contract natin may independent contracts kasi na pwede anytime to expect a termination pero usually ini-advice naman in advance in your case biglaan kasi w/o explanation at minor yung reasoning nila pero like i said depende kasi sa contract parin natin yan at mahirap mawalan ng work pero di talaga maiiwasan, make sure kunin mo last pay & separation fee mo din
