“Recruiters just want to lowball you” I DONT THINK SO! Sobrang daming bad advice online, yung tipong “wag mong sabihin agad ang expected salary mo para di ka malowball.” Pero here’s the truth: competent recruiters from legit companies are not out there to screw you. Gusto ka nilang i-hire. May KPI rin sila. Right? Or may ibang experience ka?

since we're talking about KPI's KPI din ba ng mga hr o not respond sa job applications at part din ba ng work nila mang ghosting 🤔 it shows na KPI lang pala habol meaning mga di pasado pala nganga nalang sa reply

i disagree i have never met once a recruiter na will help you bigyan ng fair na salary i have tested it before mag bigay ng higher at lower at pag lower tuwang tuwa sila "nakatipid" sila and when i ask tama ba yun they will say "yes" immediately so mas ok maging strict sa own desired salary mo
