Pwede ko din ba yan sabihin sa company pinabalik ako 2 days for interview onsite at umabot ako ng final interview tapos sabay wala ng paramdam kahit update or any reply from hr nganga nalang ako kung mag wait pa ba ako o hindi ba ako tangap hirap din kasi mag wait tapos ma ghost lang mas nasasayang oras ng applicants 🤔

Eh karamihan lang naman sa mga HR pang-quota lang yung mga applicant. Kaya okay lang kahit mang-ghost sila. Now you feel kung gaano kastress kapag wala ka manlang nareceive na reply sa application mo.

Hopefully, HR gives the same energy back sa mga applicants na consistent mag follow up sa status ng application nila?? You ask for professionalism when in the first place kayo ang mahilig mang ghost and oftentimes NEVER give an update kapag di nakapasa ang applicant.

ilang beses pa ba ninyo ako iirereject? ako hindi na kayo naawa ano ba gusto niyo yung magaling sumagot at mag benta ng products pero salita lang umabot ako ng 1yr and 6mnths sa work ko may experience na ako ang hirap mag apply sa iba hindi sa pang aano sobrang sipag ko pag nasa loob na ako ng work hindi ko alam ano pa ba ang hinahanap niyo umiiyak na ako kada reject saakin hindi ko alam saan pa ba ako nag kulang nag labas lang ako ng sakit na nararamdaman ko ang hirap pag soft hearted ka.

Responding immediately and respectfully can save more time for both aplicant and hr. Let the Hr know your career goal, compensation and benefits on the start of interview if asked about it. Ang hirap sa iba, d na nga pinost compensation tas pag tinatanong dami pa alibi about it and d nila sina sabi agad ang budgetary.

Most of the comments here, parang napaka negative. Wala sa status kung deserve bang ma-ghost or mang-ghost, regardless kung nasa HR ka or applicant ka, and regardless kung anong na-experience mo, as an HR professional or an applicant, sarili mo yung kontrolado mo, dapat maging transparent and practice to be more professional—mag-inform.
Recruiter here AND applicant din.

its not a one way street na oras nyo lang ang importante.
its true na may mga hr at recruiter does email back sa mga applicant, but thats too rare nowadays.
