"If you're not uncomfortable, you're not growing" eto lagi kong sinasabi sa sarili ko, kung may feedback sayo at alam mong need mong i-work on sa sarili mo mas ok to use your time & effort to fix it, mahalaga ang mag practice para kahit kabahan o ma-mental block ka is ready parin isip mo kung pano sumagot wag kang ma pressure sa perfect english be consistent to speak english ang impt. is yung nagkaka intindihan kayo

Sundin mo lang mga tips dito sayo to practice at mag salita ka lang ng English araw2 sa bahay o Kahit nasaan ka pa para masanay ka din kasi usually during interviews lang yang English na yan pero pag nasa work ka na mag tatagalog naman kayo pero syempre tingin kasi dito mas professional pag marunong mag English & you can ask the hr naman kung pwede bang tagalog/taglish pero may mas leverage talaga kung you can carry a conversation in English

Hi Vincent, I get where you're coming from and it's totally valid. When I was a fresh grad, I practiced my communication skills in front of the mirror.

Bukod kasi sa skills & confidence ang tinitingnan sa interview is yung character mo din on how you handle pressure at pano ka sumagot, big help ang English during interviews kasi makikita nila you're ready to face international scenarios din, tip ko lang is pilitin mo sarili mo mag salita ng English ng diretso for me bulol at nauutal ako pag kinakabahan kaya pinilit ko lang sarili ko to overcome it kasi nasa atin yan mag effort to overcome since iba2 tayo ng ways pano kabahan din at kaya mo yan

Hi! Pinag-daanan din namin yan and I feel you. You can practice English like watch interview videos and news in English and read books/magazines. That way you can get used to it. Magpasa ka lang ng applications until you ace your interview. I pray that you will land your first job.
