Bakit ba ang hirap maghanap ng trabaho kahit qualified naman ako sa papel? Halos 50 applications na ang na-send ko sa LinkedIn at Indeed pero puro auto-rejection lang ang natatanggap ko. Minsan napapaisip ako kung binabasa ba talaga nila yung resume ko o baka naman AI lang ang nag-dedecide. May mga tips ba kayo kung paano lumusot sa ATS filter ng mga malalaking kumpanya?

Legit yan 😔 minsan hindi ikaw ang problema, ATS at auto-filters talaga. Nakaka-drain mag-apply tapos puro rejection, pero hindi ibig sabihin nun na hindi ka qualified. Laban lang. 💪
