Grabe, ang unfair naman ng situation mo! On time ka na umalis, tapos may issue pa rin sila? Parang ang dami nilang gusto, di ba? Leaders nga raw dapat go the extra mile, pero sana maintindihan din nila na may buhay tayo outside work, di pwedeng laging overtime.

May isang beses, na-pressure din ako kasi sabi nila dapat daw ‘wag ka agad umalis kahit tapos na yung trabaho mo kasi “leaders are expected to stay late para mag-guide.” Pero hello, may pamilya rin kami, may personal life rin! Hindi lahat ng oras sa trabaho pwedeng i-sacrifice.
