“Sorry, applicants ARE NOT allowed to ask.” 😮💨
So kami mga aplikante, bawal mangutana? Pero sila, pwede mangutana tanan about sa amoa? Kayo, naka-experience na rin ba kayo ani? Medyo red flag na jud ni, noh? 😬

Yes you have every right to ask questions during interview mas ine-encourage pa nga mag tanong to clear everything din during application at sa case mo napaka red flag naman diyan and should be avoided nalang at wag mo nalang sayangin oras mo sa mga ganyang companies na OA sa confidentiality naman

Eh akala ko nga interview is also for me to know if the company is a good fit.

Those type of questions is a must to know even prior getting yourself into the initial interview.
It serves both ways naman like their time and energy instead of wasting it then finding out that you are not aligned with what they're looking for.
If they're not open to answer those question shows what kind of culture your getting yourself into. Sometimes genuine and honest recruiters are giving the answers to your question without even you asking them.
- Might be a good tip

Nainterview ako ng HR Manager, and she asked me if may questions ako, and nag-ask naman ako ng questions, I asked first if may HMO and if meron bang pwedeng lagay as dependents, then I asked yung regarding sa employee review ng isang previous employee nila about sa regularization process and bonds, fortunately, lahat yun nasagot in a calmer way and very professional sya. Partida HR manager pa yan sya. Very transparent sya.

Grabe pud na nga mindset, uy. So dapat mutug-an lang mi tanan pero dili mi pwede mangutana? 😤 Akala ko nga two-way process ang interview di ba dapat nag-a-apply din kami sa company, not just the other way around?

If that's how they respond, choose a different company. HR is the first point of contact with a company. That already says a lot with how the company treats their employees. If I hear that from HR. I'll say thank you and move on.

Kung not allowed to ask question then sabihin nyo na "Okay i'll update you and call you if this company will be hired"
