Heloo! I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong in my job search...
I've been applying purposefully to jobs that I know align with what I want and what they expect out of me. I've recently graduated from the top 3 school from Singapore with double major in marketing and Entrepeneuship innovation. I've been actively applying and putting cover letters or portfolios.
but I rarely hear back from anybody for 3 months now, any advice?

Hey! I can totally relate — job hunting after graduation can be so draining, especially when you’re doing everything “right” 😓 Since you already have a solid background and are applying purposefully, maybe the issue isn’t your qualifications but how you're showing them.

The job market is tough right now, plus hiring teams get hundreds of applications a day and have no time to look at every resume. All your highlights should be mentioned on the top part of your resume, think of it as a marketing material like a flyer that only has the important info that the company needs to know about you. Good luck!

It sounds like you're doing a lot of the right things already! 👏 But one thing that might help is getting your materials reviewed by someone in the industry — even just a quick peer or mentor review of your resume or portfolio. Sometimes a small tweak in how you phrase something or structure your content makes a huge difference 💡

P.S. I've also worked for 8+ companies during university (usually for intern, freelance, volunteer, or part-time) so my resume is quite long as well...
also have a lot of certificates, academic activities, leadership programs, competitions, etc.

Try to submit 10–15 applications daily and update your job search. Must prefer those just 0–10 days ago posted in website. Employers may receive a high volume of applications per job posting, So that is why they need to select the best candidate for their openings. It is much better if applied to open for a no-experience position, if you have no experience. If you are an experienced associate, align your skills to your job search.
