I want to know your thoughts guys--
As a GEN Z, I chose peace of mind over money. Nagresign ako from my previous job and received an offer na 5k mas lower and hindi na siya managerial position 😅
Sure, mas malayo yung workplace ko and I make less but I don't feel that pressured compared sa previous job ko. Hindi ako aligaga and don't feel pressured to prove my worth. Mag 2 months pa lang ako sa current work ko but I like the system here.
Tama ba to? I feel like a lot of people won't agree eh.

Tama yan! Mental health is priceless. Hindi lahat ng bagay kayang tapatan ng pera, lalo na kung kapalit ay anxiety, overwork, at toxic environment. If you feel at peace now, that’s already a huge win. Promotions and pay raises will come, pero yung peace of mind, mahirap hanapin

Honestly, it depends sa priorities mo—and it sounds like you chose yourself, and that’s not wrong at all. Sure, mas mababa yung sweldo, pero kung mas okay ang system, may work-life balance, at mas magaan ang pakiramdam mo, then that’s a solid decision. Long-term pa rin ang labanan. Yung mga nagsasabi na sayang yung position or pera, baka hindi nila naranasan yung stress na pinagdaanan mo.

Would never recommend na lumipat sa mababa na sahod kasi that’s lowballing but if you found peace of mind sa work mo ngayon then that’s good. Mahirap humanap ng mataas ang sahod pero mas mahirap makahanap ng bearable na workplace.
