Anyone else feeling this struggle?

naguumpisa po lahat sa maliit na sahod..how can you ask for a big salary if wala ka pa proven experience...maybe you can apply overseas para makakuha ka ng 30k agad na sahod..

Salary range is based on the position you are applying for, along with your experience and skills set. It is not based on your cost of living. 30k pesos for fresh grad is possible if you apply abroad and work there (farming, factory etc). But here in Philippines, with the current status / condition of our country, it is not possible. Anyways, I wish you good luck in finding a high paying job. Simulan mo.. at patunayan na iba ka diba ;) People here are replying based on their experience kasi.

malas natin kasi pilipinas to na maliit lang kayang i-offer na sahod, 30k dito sa panahon ngayon need mo mga more than 5+ years kasi manager position nga dito nasa 20k lang at gets ko frustration mo siguro tip ko lang sayo is to focus muna to gain experience para mas maka demand ka ng higher salary also 30k can feed a family of 5 na dito nasa pag handle narin siguro yan ng budget din

This is possible if you came from the big 4 universities and have connections sa company na papasukan mo. I used to work with someone na fresh grad pero ganiyan na agad ang sahod dahil lang galing sa UP.
