i think this kind of stuff kahit absurd pa should be kept private nalang, even if i'm not on the side ng applicant i think that any HR stuff should be confidential din in the first place, nagiging chikahan kasi that can discourage applicants confidence din kung makikita nila ganto mga HR

ang problem kase talaga sa Philippines pag well-off ang candidate and graduated from a reputable school, wala naman sila mapapasukan sa pinas na mag ooffer sa kanila ng more than their tuition fee kaya non-sense mag university sa pinas unless may family business or may backer sa malaking company.
