Wow i wish our company din just adapt a WFH set up or kahit hybrid man lang but your an HR kaya mas impt. sayo ang employees engagement talaga maybe you can suggest like company/general meetings or may days kayo na nasa office kayo.

Yan din na raise samin kaya may times na nasa office kami pero more on WFH parin mostly ang set up, concern kasi nila di daw authentic pag laging via zoom lang ang communication daw.

For me mas gusto ko pure WFH pero get din po kita since you're an HR na priority niyo is the working environment din which is mahirap pag virtual mostly ang communications maybe you can raise that concern to your boss/upper management on how to cultivate work engagement pa.

Pag international companies that's common talaga kahit sa ibang bansa mostly remotely sila talaga, dito kasi common ang on site kaya i get your point po you can raise your concern naman sa boss niyo or kung push na talaga pure wfh set up then just come up some ways on how to improve your company work environment po.
