Pwede ba mga HR. Huwag kayong ghost? Nag early out nang twice yung tao para makapag interview sainyo, pinaasa niyo lang ako ng twice, kahit man lang heads up diba? May auto reply email nya na “thank you for your time” eh 30mins ako nag hihintay sa google meet. Sayang oras, lakas, at pera sainyo. Jowa ko HR pero di naman ganyan? Baka nasa ugali din talaga. Grabe talaga 'yung ganyan. Time and effort 'yung nilalaban mo tapos basta na lang mawawala sa ere? Courtesy costs nothing, lalo na sa mga applicant na nag-aadjust ng schedule just to be there. Sana more HRs realize na professional respect goes both ways
