WANT 6-DIGIT SALARY? DO JOB HOPPING! Bakit ang daming employers na nire-red flag ang job hopping? In reality, staying long-term doesn't benefit us anymore. Loyalty won't pay the bills kung stagnant naman ang sahod at workload lang ang nadadagdagan. 🚩
Outdated na yung mindset na kailangang magtagal sa isang company. If they want us to stay, they should give us a reason, hindi yung puro "family" pero lowball ang offer. 💸 Thoughts niyo?

i stayed for 6 years no increase kaya nag try ako mag job hopping na similar parin naman sa experience ko pero 3x ang salary offer compare sa previous ko at grabe na realize ko na sinayang ko ilang years staying sa isang company that don't value their employee kasi kuripot mamigay ng salary increase

totoo ang job hopping can level you up kasi non existent ang company ladder 😅 kaya people tend to job hop to get a better offer also switching careers is scary at first pero laking boost parin nun sa resume mo as long as willing ka naman matuto kaya go for in-demand jobs wag mag stay lang sa comfort zone din

I met 2 co-worker abroad,
One is same like me Graphic Designer which spent 25yrs in our company in Kuwait, 1986-1990, 1997-2017,
the other is one is Architect nakasama ko sa dammam KSA, he spent 18yrs, 2000-2018 in one company.
THEY BOTH SAID TO ME they have regrets spent many years of their career in one company, how can you explore such opportunities and chances kung mag stay ka lng sa isang company lalo't walang promotions at increment.
