Hello Jonathan, can I ask for advice. I have been in my company for 2 years now. I am getting some perks and slowly getting incentives but not salary increases. I'm worried that I feel my career is not growing and just wasting my time. I'm earning certifications but very slowly. Should I consider looking for better opportunities to speed my career growth? Or just wait until I get all that I can in my current company before deciding to resign? Thank you.

Anyway, i would just like to ask kung i let go ko nalang ba applying for my dream job since i have lack of support from my parents? & they prefer for me to follow the course i've finished bec. it has a nice salary offer too w/c i understand their point naman & they're just looking out for me, btw my dream job is not related to the course i've finished, maybe i just need some suggestions, thank you in advance.

Hello, is there a correct way po ba to ask for higher salary? I have years of experience that fits a higher salary pero it's a me problem na siguro, i can't convince the employers to the salary i want so tinatangap ko nalang ma-o-offer nila then yung iba nakaka demand at nakukuha yung desired salary nila despite di naman sapat experience nila 🙁

Wow may pa ganto pala sa jobstreet 👏 Ask ko lang po regarding setting career goals, currently im on a kampante side since i have a stable job naman & the salary is fine, pero parang need ko din mag plan for my future maybe i don't know how/where to start, should i focus on enhancing my skills pa or look for better opportunities pa ba or to explore pa more, thank you.

Hi po how to handle toxic work environment? Pinag hirapan ko po current work ko kaso nakakapansin ako here & there na fishy sa environment, di naman ako affected w/c is a good thing pero as long as nakikita ko kasi sa work unconsciously siyang nagiging stress ko narin pero di naman po nakaka affect sa work ko siguro just thinking im part of this company at may ganon na nangyayari parang nakakababa ng moral? Need enlightenment po.
