Assurance Associate
Hello! Currently working in 1 of big 4 as audit associate. Planning to resign next year, papa 2 yrs lang. Feeling ko kasi di ako nagg-grow and sobrang napr-pressure ako sa work samahan pa ng personal problems. And ang slow learner ko, may mga terms and process/procedures na di ko pa familiar pero since naka isang busy season na ko expected na alam ko na. Ang kinakatakot ko lang after dito, syempre malaki expectations since galing sa big 4, and mahirapan din ako makahanap ng trabaho. Any advice?

Hello! Mahirap talaga sa Big 4, pero huwag kang mawalan ng pag-asa. Kung sa tingin mo hindi ka na nagiging masaya at nag-grow, it's okay to explore other options. Hindi mo kailangang mag-settle sa isang trabaho na hindi ka fulfilled. Maraming opportunities diyan, and may mga companies na mag-aappreciate sa skills mo. Wag kang matakot, may pag-asa ka pa sa job market! 🤗
