I want to resign after just one month.
Hello! I badly need some advice. I started working for this company last September. Okay naman ang sahod, and hybrid din ang work set-up. However, I got an offer from another company with a salary almost twice the amount of the salary I have now. It's a job that I really want to have, but it's in Taguig, full on site, but the benefits are great with 14th month pay pa! I'm very tempted to grab it!!! But I need some advice first. Should I quit my job?

depends kung ano ang goal mo with your career now. i see that the new offer is great too since it's a job that you want with a much persuasive salary at that. I just agree with the other replies that you weigh down the factors that fits best your situation.

Hybrid work setup is manageable. Sobrang hirap na araw-araw nag co-commute, unless you have your own car. Kung di mo naman problema gastos, then you're free to quit.

never go full onsite! the commute now is hell tapos holiday season pa, baka magsisi ka lang sa huli. just thinking about the everyday traffic tapos pagod from work. please think about it wisely.

Do you have problems with the company that you're working for now? I mean hybrid work set-up is a great benefit too. But if you're the type of person who prefers onsite all the way, then the new offer may be a better choice.

If you think na mas beneficial sa career mo in the long run yung bagong offer, then grab it. There will be sacrifices of course, but since you said it's the job that you really want, might as well go for it.

Hmmm... if the company you're working for now is treating you right, why not stay? You can ask for a raise naman siguro after ka ma-regular.
