How long have you been on the same company? I had same experience and stayed for almost 8 yrs. Some of my colleagues left on the 3rd yr and now earning 6 digits while stayed and seeing the same exact thing. When I finally left, that when I started to see the difference. That loyalty will not get you anywhere. Unless, you can see a career growth for you on the 2nd or 3rd yr. If none, leave. You will never get the increase that you want by staying loyal.

Yan ang di maganda kapag home grown ka sa isang kumpanya… Dati hindi ako naniniwala sa lumipat ka para lumaki sahod mo dapat pala noon ko pa ginawa.. 12yrs na ako sa company ko pero malaki pa sahod ng mga bago… Lipat lipat din pala dapat pag may time.

No wonder newly hired pero naka pag "trip" na ang lake naman pala ng kinikita talo ka pa as a manager at clearly pag ganyan magulo system niyo pero kahit saan naman kaya dinadaan ko sa chikahan para malaman salary range ng mga ka work ko to be fair in a way di ba at based sa years of service mo sa company na yan deserv mo pa ng malaking sahod kaya better negotiate now at sana tumaas din sahod mo

You should start looking for another job that will pay your worth. When hired, resign, with due notice, of course.
If your current employers then give you a counter-offer, don't accept it because, they would then "own" you and may decide to let go of you later anyway, aside from you already accepting that offer from another company.
Never burn your bridges, though. Always love your job because that's what puts food on your table. But never love a company because it will never love you back.

If the new hire is under you for sure during interview dapat alam mo salary offered sa position niya unless napataas niya yun during sa final interview sa owner/ceo idk baka kasi di rin aware yung iba sa salary disparity niyo diyan kaya make sure to raise your concern now kasi sanay na ako sa ganyan ikaw pa sisisihin na di ka nag initiative about your salary increase or hanap ka nalang ng mas better OP that will give you higher salary you deserved
