HR and Office Manager
HR folks, is 80K fair for an HR & Admin Manager in a startup? I’m a one-woman team handling everything—HR ops, admin, compliance, policies, special projects. We have 10 FTEs, aiming for 20+ by year-end. Other managers get 170K–250K, and some rank-and-file earn the same as I do. I’ve lost work-life balance and feel HR isn’t valued. Is this reasonable or should I push for a salary review?

for me mababa masyado also kung kaya nila to give higher sa other managers like 170k bakit sayo ganyan lang offer kaya try to negotiate it pa kasi based din sayo ang heavy na ng workload mo parang di compensated for 80k lang
