PARA SA MGA INTERNS HERE, here's an advice: Treat your internship like a 12-week interview, like you're already on probation for that full-time job!
As a manager of interns, I observe them to see if they fit in and whether they had potential to succeed as a full timer.
Show a lot of desire to want to be there. Proactively meet your manager to discuss progress, prepare questions. Value add with any refreshing ideas you have. You might secure yourself your first job by the end of it! Good luck!

yea i agree to this. always give your best in what you do. pakita mo na agad yun skills mo.. kasi as an intern inoobserbahan na kung may potential ba kayo and yun work behavior niyo din.
