nung bpo days ko ganyan din ako at trust me di naman judger mga hr sa BPO pero mahalaga sa kanila kaya mo ng diretsong english kasi mga international clients hahawakan mo diyan at may confidence din sa pag sagot maging upbeat o energetic ka lang sa pag sagot wag yung malamya gusto nila yung buhay at friendly
