Crowdsourcing: Is it just me? or there are also other applicants here who agrees that HR officers/admins/supervisors/managers need to change their practice of hanging applicants. it's like, you will do an interview with them, create a good conversation then ends with a promise of they will give a feedback, but in the end. you will be left out hanging. the worst part. they will tell you that it is okay to follow up. then will ignore you all the way.

i agree that it should be mandatory too to give feedbacks & results and to not ghost applicants that alots time & effort to them but sad reality this happens as they're busy and will just move forward to other applicants
