    Unprofessional and unethical.
The good thingsThe product where I landed is quite good.
The challengesThe company needs to focus on their employees. A sudden changes on tenure-required on promotion is quite unprofessional.

The good thingsSurrounded by the people who also work to be a better individual and lots of determination and cooperation.
The challengesIt’s about the time on how to manage it properly. Your physical and menta health.

Learned valuable skills in customer service and professional growth.
The good thingsI enjoyed working with supportive and friendly colleagues in a collaborative team environment. I appreciated the training and guidance provided, which helped me improve my communication and customer service skills. The professional and structured workplace helped me grow, stay motivated, and adapt to a fast-paced customer service setting.
The challengesThe fast-paced environment and performance targets can be challenging at times, especially for new employees. Some processes and systems also require time to master. However, these challenges provide opportunities to develop patience, improve communication, and grow professionally.

Great for first time job seekers, not recommended for those seeking high salary roles.
The good thingsPros: I was promoted to the quality analyst role after good performance in an entry level role. Management was forgiving in terms of attendance and granting paid time off/leaves as long as they're reasonable.
The challengesCons: Questionable management at the time of my promotion provided poor supervision, is unapproachable and unavailable. Management was not clear about benefits to the role I applied for straightaway, I was more than a month into the role before it was clarified at last.

    The best four years.
The good thingsI love the the environment and the knowledge that was imparted, but most importantly I loved the how the company help me realized who I am as person and what I can do.
The challengesI don't see any reason to leave the company but as a mom now my priority changes.

I gained valuable experience as a WFH CSR at Teleperformance, developing strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills in a supportive and flexible environment.
The good thingsTeleperformance was my first job, and I’m really glad I started my career there. The trainers and managers were very supportive, and I learned so much about customer service and communication. It was a great experience that helped me build confidence and grow professionally.
The challengesHonestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like about working at Teleperformance. The salary was always paid on time, often in advance, and as a WFH agent, I had the flexibility I needed, so I didn’t feel the need to ask for anything more.

I worked at Teleperformance for 1 year and 5 months as a Customer Service Representative, gaining valuable experience in handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced BPO environment.
The good thingsTeleperformance is a well-established, global leader in the BPO industry, offering stability and credibility.
The challengesThey typically offer competitive salary packages, performance incentives, health benefits, and sometimes signing bonuses depending on the role.

An organized and detail-oriented role that taught me responsibility and accuracy in international healthcare support.
The good thingsI liked that the work was well-organized and systematic. It gave me the chance to develop my attention to detail while helping patients by making sure their follow-up schedules, doctors, and locations were correct. I also enjoyed learning how international healthcare systems operate.
The challengesThe workload could get repetitive at times, especially when handling large volumes of patient records. It also required strict accuracy, which could be stressful if deadlines were tight.

A fast-paced and independent environment that offers a unique opportunity for self-directed learning. This would be an ideal fit for a tenured analyst with vast experience. However, for those with less experience, I'd suggest gaining a more foundational background first to excel in this role.
The good thingsThe company offers a flexible and understanding work environment, which is a great benefit. The leadership team is accommodating and supportive of employees' needs, allowing for a good work-life balance.
The challengesTo improve the onboarding process, I would suggest developing a more structured training program and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). This would help new hires get up to speed more quickly and promote a more collaborative environment for knowledge sharing among team members.

There's a reason why this company gets a bad rap in this industry
The good thingsThe pantry and elevators
The challenges1. The management doesn't have a concrete plan for the new hires that were assigned to a pioneering account. Training was all over the place. 2. Not transparent with salary allowance

Mataas ang sahod pero parang wala silang firm na guidance sa working process kasi pabago bago. Kulang kulang yung details na need mo para masagot si cx. Any disputes, wag mo nang balakin.
The good thingsHigh Salary ang good thing dito. Yung HMO nila magulo.
The challengesYung payroll disputes. Kada payroll meron, nakakaasar. Hanggang magkalimutan na. Dito bawal ka magkasakit. Sick Leave mo parang wala lang dito dahil kahit may docs ka, unpaid ka pa din. Parang Scam ang SL dito. Pa bago bago takbo ng working process dito tapos pag may QA kana at with valid reasons for dispute, umasa kang kausap mo yung pader. Walang makikinig sayo at pagagalitan ka lang.
