The salary is too low, then your work are so tiring, you will always work Overtime but its always thank you and no paid. The Government contributions they will deduct to you but it will not reflect to your account. They will promise to you say the words that will encourage to you but they will never give it. Do not try to work here, its not worth it. Its not well compensated
The good thingsCo-workers are good but the company itself are not. Its a waste of time working here.
The challengesThe challenges that I encountered here , you give your best but it doesn't compensate your efforts. You just receive low salary and you have been exhausted for the whole cut off.

Stress work, low income. Even you're sick you need to work, i want to go to the clinic but my TL not allow me. My final pay is already 3months now but no update. Madami akong nabasang bad feedback sa pag release ng final pay.

Pakalasan or padrino system. They're not evaluating and acknowledging performance of their employees, they rather promote people who are close to the supervisors or managers even they are not qualified.
