I appreciated the training and guidance provided, which helped me improve my communication and customer service skills.     The challengesThe fast-paced environment and performance targets can be challenging at times, especially for new employees. Some processes and systems also require time to master. However, these challenges provide opportunities to develop patience, improve communication, and grow professionally.

    A fast-paced and independent environment that offers a unique opportunity for self-directed learning. This would be an ideal fit for a tenured analyst with vast experience. However, for those with less experience, I'd suggest gaining a more foundational background first to excel in this role.
    The good thingsThe company offers a flexible and understanding work environment, which is a great benefit. The leadership team is accommodating and supportive of employees' needs, allowing for a good work-life balance.
    The challengesTo improve the onboarding process, I would suggest developing a more structured training program and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). This would help new hires get up to speed more quickly and promote a more collaborative environment for knowledge sharing among team members.

    Good environment. Pay dispute rumors are NOT true.
    The good thingsI have been with TP for 3 years and I NEVER had a pay dispute. Accounts I handled are not that stressful. Fast career growth. Good management.
    The challengesProximity. I live far away from TP. Takes me 2 hours everyday to report to work. Offer WFM/WAHA set up but it takes time (which is fine since working on site is better.)

    It's all fun and great with non-work related things and events. And all stress and disappointment when you have to work.

    Great Place To Work!
    The good thingsIt's a workplace where you can experience many cultures and meet jovial people, people who helps you out a lot especially the trainers. I loved working here and would still be if I my condition doesn't prevents me. Overall this is a really great place to work, celebrates diversity and you'd feel accepted. It is very rewarding working in TP.
    The challengesSLs and VLs can be hard to come by. Overtime is nearly available everyday. The only reason I resigned is because my health can't keep up. But the challenges the company offered is what makes it great because you will want to make it up for their generosity.

    Great workplace and good people
    The good thingsThe workplace is very comfortable, clean and the environment is good. TP was my first employer and as a newbie I felt welcomed and cared for. Plus the people around is very nice too.
    The challengesSalary, before I was not that Knowledgable about how much salaries should be since I have not had any experience handling money more than 1k before. So I thought it would be enough, but then I have a lot of bills to pay plus I'm a Breadwinner so I needed more.

    Working for TP was tiring, but fun and fulfilling.
    The good thingsThe very friendly and comfortable workspace does wonders. Even though people worked for different departments, mostly everyone seemed to know one another. I was a contractual worker for TP, but I felt like I belonged to it completely within the duration of my work.
    The challengesThe workload was sometimes so huge that I'd end up half dead in the morning before I clocked out of my shift. Some colleagues, at times, really slack off and you have to do the work for them, but I guess it's the same for every other company.
