    All is well when i was with them.
    The good thingsAlmost all the good things happened to me here. Much freedom that i was able to differentiate whats work and whats life. This is where i met my husband and have a family with him and all my friends.
    The challengesThe continuous disputes when it comes to payroll and the bad reviews from the outsides which made me realize that the company is being complacent not to take action.

    The challengesOne of the challenges I experienced in this company was the number of productions I produced but the salary was too low, good for a beginner like me at my time. The company is a better choice for a starting point.

    The good thingsThey let me adjust my schedule so I could balance work and studies. Thanks to that, I'm now a fourth-year college student and will graduate next year. Been with them ever since I started pursuing a degree in Information Technology.
    The challengesThe greatest challenge for me has been to hit the metrics even if the issue is already with the client such as their technologies, issues with the services, etc. We are handling a telecommunications account and it's hard to just always apologize and empathize with aggravated customers because of issues with the services.
