    The good thingsI love the the environment and the knowledge that was imparted, but most importantly I loved the how the company help me realized who I am as person and what I can do.
    The challengesI don't see any reason to leave the company but as a mom now my priority changes.

    I have been employed at Teleperformance CDO for 4 years and this is the first company that I have worked with. The salary and compensation for leaders aren't enough to cope with the stress and overtime.

    Great client but the supervisors, well, they will push you to the limits. Also, the place made me got pneumonia so be careful.
    The good thingsGreat salary, great client, awesome customers!
    The challengesThe environment, toxic management. Also made me have pneumonia since I was so direct under the AC and infected my lungs.

    Teleperformance: A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
    The good thingsWorking in a call center like this has lot of good things to experience, especially if you're handling international accounts where you've got the chance to mingle with different nationalities and learn various cultures.
    The challengesThe challenge in working with this company is the adjustment of your body especially if you are in a graveyard shift. When you don't feel like sleeping during daylight but you have to because you're gonna be up all night. Wonderful experience, though. :-)

    The challengesThe challenges for working in this company is when there are customers who dont wanted the resolution that you provided them even if it's already the rightfit tesolution and you'll find ways to negotiate with them.

    Working in Teleprformance is Great
    The good thingsTeleperformance is a good company, and have a good salary. but I stopped due to a transportation issue, and it's quiet far from my home.
    The challengesThe transportation, and the expenses, the rentals for the boarding house is high.

    Used to be so fun working here. It is no longer a great place to work.
    The good thingsThe account we handled was nice and compensation and bonuses are great.
    The challengesManagement is toxic, leaders manipulate the metrics. If you don't know anyone from the higher positions -- climbing up on the ladder would be impossible. Some leaders are not leading people to be successful, the greater your metrics, the more they will not let you go and will not allow you to have growth . Career growth in here is IMPOSSIBLE.

    The good thingsI am engaged to different people coming from various beliefs and culture wherein you will learn a lot from them that could help you mold yourself into a better version of you. They motivate others and inspire me to do better in everything that I did. My current work will measure your strength in terms of patience and perseverance.
    The challengesThe working schedule is somewhat makes it so challenging. Graveyard shift is one of the most challenging shift since you cannot have a beautifull rest plus a mere fact that sleep in the morning is way different than at night.
