    I gained valuable experience as a WFH CSR at Teleperformance, developing strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills in a supportive and flexible environment.
    The good thingsTeleperformance was my first job, and I’m really glad I started my career there. The trainers and managers were very supportive, and I learned so much about customer service and communication. It was a great experience that helped me build confidence and grow professionally.
    The challengesHonestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like about working at Teleperformance. The salary was always paid on time, often in advance, and as a WFH agent, I had the flexibility I needed, so I didn’t feel the need to ask for anything more.

    My first ever job was as a Recruitment Associate in this company and it was very traumatic. Out of my 10 month tenure in this company, only once did I experience working an 8-hour shift. My usual schedule ranged from 13 - 15 hours, there were instances when I worked from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM for weeks on end. On top of all this, I had to work from Monday to Saturday.

    The challengesThe severe lack of work balance and the pay that does not justify the amount of sacrifice demanded by the work.

    Great Place to Work specially working with the higher ups.
    The good thingsDuring this pandemic, the company easily cope with tge challenges and took considerations concerning their employees, which made us happy and content.
    The challengesI really enjoyed working in TP, specially with my colleagues. But our internet connection has been discontinued and working onsite is a challenge for me because of the pandemic, that is why I left the job.

    The good thingsI really love the environment in Teleperformance, my workmates are helpful and supportive. As well as my Supervisors that are very understanding and trustworthy.
    The challengesDue to the pandemic, I had to undergo self isolation for fourteen days. I really wish they gave me further instructions on what requirements I will need coming back to work.
