    "Non-Voice" Email support account but with outbound calls
    The good thingsThe only good thing that I see here is the fact that they allowed us to work from home with pc provided.
    The challengesUpon endorsement to the account, we were informed that we will only handle email support which is non voice. But when training started we were shocked that we need to do outbound calls aside from doing emails. The salary does not suit the workload.

    Amazing I've learned multi tasking and the supervisors are very accomodating and supportive to your job.

    Once you are a beginner it's really good to work at Teleperformance. Because they have the great trainers and supervisors that will help you to learn easily and to have a motivation as you continue to grow as an employee. It's just that a lot of times there's a lot of agents, and there's no working station for the other. And sometimes the salary dispute.
    The good thingsPeople are very helpful and friendly. Trainers and supervisors are approachable. Good place to work. About tge place, nice surroundings and good ambiance.
    The challengesA lot of times there ain't enough working station due to lots of agents. And the system is always down. That's why agents are having a hard time to do their job and connect with the members or callers.

    The challengesI did enjoy however the management isnt consideravle when it comes to giving the goals of the stats, especially the compensation, it is okay if you give that kind of goals and metrics but if your compensation is not meeting the things that you're doing for the company its not healthy anymore
