I was promoted to the quality analyst role after good performance in an entry level role. Management was forgiving in terms of attendance and granting paid time off/leaves as long as they're reasonable.
The challengesCons:
Questionable management at the time of my promotion provided poor supervision, is unapproachable and unavailable. Management was not clear about benefits to the role I applied for straightaway, I was more than a month into the role before it was clarified at last.
