    Not a good experience. Imagine, you were assigned and signed up for WFH and asked to return the pc.
    The good thingsTrainers were good except for one I encountered.
    The challengesCOMPANY AND EMPLOYEE STABILITY. The company put us on floating status when we were just 5 months due to over staffing! When I say ‘us,’ I’m referring to our entire batch, as well as other batch that was suddenly placed on floating status. It feels unfair. Despite having good performance and attendance, we were left uncertain about our roles. In the first place, why hire so many people when they knew the job was only seasonal? Or atleast they should post a temporary position on this job instead of fulltime. So now we’re left without jobs, waiting for their so-called ‘redeployment.’ They gave us one month of pay, but it’s ₱6,000–₱7,000 less than our regular salary because the allowance was removed. After that, we won’t receive any pay anymore. It’s been more than two weeks, and there’s still no clear update on what’s going to happen. WAKE UP ALORICA, IT'S TIME YOU CHANGE THE STYLE AND BE FAIR!

    Felt so disappointed because their hiring process is so unorganized and I wasted effort in attending
    The good thingsDid not appreciate hiring process
    The challengesI have been contacted for initial interview then was invited for onsite final interview with the hiring manager. Upon arriving I was told to take assessment first which made me confused since I was already for final interview. After assessment, they instructed me to come back as hiring manager was not yet available. During the final interview, I was surprised because almost 10 recruiters were conducting the interview when I thought it should only be the hiring manager. After the interview I was told that I would receive feedback but it has been more than 3 weeks now and I received none. Felt so disappointed because I had no feedback and my time and effort to attend the interview was wasted.

    One of the things that is normal that I wasn't able to adjust that well to is the fact that moving to another team has made it almost impossible for me to adjust and grow more as a representative, because apparently it is normal to be moved and adjust from team to another team. It's great for new applicants, new people to the industry, and competitive people. However, the longer you stay, the harder it is to keep yourself from submitting a resignation.
    The good thingsThe training was great, meeting new people, being supported, setting the expectations, all of it was fun until it lasted.
    The challengesMainly the PCs. It was upgraded, the system as well. But the problem is still there, it is lagging on specific times and we can't even use it as an excuse for detractors (as per Team Manager, unless it is a latency that affects the whole site).

    If you are looking for a newbie customer service company, i'm gladly recommending you to work here to gain an experience. Their assessment is easy to pass as long as you can speak english. Hence I am recommending this company to newbies.
    The good thingsI like how the trainer will push you to work hard, and increase your english vocabulary plus will help you maintain a good customer service
    The challengesI don't like talking to rude customers, but it also helps me to be more patience to the customers and it also challenged me on how will I de-escalate the situation.
