    It is a good company for any agent who has no BPO experience
    The good thingsThe company did have a very good working environment, the TMs there will definitely help you out when you are struggling
    The challengesThe only thing that I did not like about it is that once you become a top agent in your company, the QAs there will start to target you, and will try to make thing harder for you to reach the top again
