    It was difficult and challenging.
    The good thingsBefore training we were entered in a E learning site where we practice and develop our English language for four days after we pass the final assessment we were entered as an official trainee in Alorica for 5 days.
    The challengesIt was a fast paced company that gives up on its trainees when they failed to reach certain percentage of scores in assessment.
