    Grateful for more than 2 years with the company. The first BPO company that I have stayed with for more than 2 years. It was such a great opportunity to be part of the company.
    The good thingsA company that is best for newbies and aspiring applicants who would like to be part of the BPO / Call center industry. Friendly clinic nurse, approachable recruitment staff, and HR staff. Approachable accounting staff. Transparent when it comes to salary and compensation. Great company insurance.

    The company has employee-friendly work environment
    The good thingsThe work station and the whole office are employee-friendly. We always had convenience and great access to the clinic, security services, it services, and the pantry. The security service is well-trained and disciplined. Supervisors have high sense of professionalism in team management. Trainers are highly competent. Overall the working environment is comfortable and homey. I love the camaraderie among the teammates. The HMO is also great after 6 months of tenure. It's a perfect training ground and source of professional experience for future better-paying careers.
    The challengesThe salary is a little bit low. It has to increase because it's already being outweighed by the high cost of living in the city. One can barely afford a comfortable and decent living with what the company is paying the employees.
