Supervisors have high sense of professionalism in team management. Trainers are highly competent. Overall the working environment is comfortable and homey. I love the camaraderie among the teammates. The HMO is also great after 6 months of tenure. It's a perfect training ground and source of professional experience for future better-paying careers.
The challengesThe salary is a little bit low. It has to increase because it's already being outweighed by the high cost of living in the city. One can barely afford a comfortable and decent living with what the company is paying the employees.
