    If you are looking for a newbie customer service company, i'm gladly recommending you to work here to gain an experience. Their assessment is easy to pass as long as you can speak english. Hence I am recommending this company to newbies.
    The good thingsI like how the trainer will push you to work hard, and increase your english vocabulary plus will help you maintain a good customer service
    The challengesI don't like talking to rude customers, but it also helps me to be more patience to the customers and it also challenged me on how will I de-escalate the situation.

    You need to know people to get promote that only shows that Corporate politics run rampant inside the company.
    The good thingsCoworkers are good to work with.
    The challengesIf they see you exceling in something, they do a silent promotion. Meaning they give you more work but no raise or no promotion. No career advancement. Only work increase.

    A very excellent company. There are a lot of programs that employees would benefit from.
    The good thingsOperations Team is nice and the account is well-managed. People are friendly and rules are mandated smartly.
    The challengesIf there's anything I don't like, it's the smoking area. Also, the recruitment process takes long but I can understand that as it's a One-Day Hiring Process. Other than that, there's nothing I can think of.

    The good thingsThere's a lot of good people and the environment was also good.
    The challengesIt's really hard since the work time is always late but the salary was really low.
