    they dont acknowledge the people
    The good thingsMy Team is family, the work is so easy specially when u get used to it.
    The challengesThey dont have compassion towards to their employee. The compensation was so low and it is hard to get your backpay from them.

    The good thingsSo much, despite of pandemic, This BPO Company continue to driven their business and keeping stability. And I am so glad that I've experienved this job.
    The challengesChallenging part was every month you are transition to move in a group to another. So for me this was challenging due to youll just need to start over again to introduce yourself
