    I was very happy working at Alorica. I didn't experience any difficulties; maybe during the first few months it was hard, but overall it was good.

    CSR AGENT on a financial account
    The good thingsEveryone was so friendly and even the Security guards were so friendly.. They'll give you advice especially if your still on training and even more tips when you hit the nesting period wherein you get to answer calls already..
    The challengesThe things I did not enjoy in the company is that they lack supports or what you call subject matter expert. they could i,prove on this if they will add a real S.M.E. and not acting as an S.M.E. the training is also short because some of the customers concern were not tacled during the discussions on training..
