Great coworkers, compensation & offices are nice. But no work-life balance, and demands flexibility.
The good thingsTeammates and co-workers were are helpful and knowledgeable, leads and bosses help and are approachable. The work was straight forward most of the time, and the facilities are really good. Salary is never late, benefits and HMO are actually useable. Good for a first job.
The challengesWork load can be heavy and numerous at times, there is a possibility that you will change teams or be put on loan to other teams so you need to be agile and learn quick, but they do provide you some support. Not all towers are like this, though it would be good to hire extra people to ensure quality and higher numbers done. Your work-life balance may suffer in certain teams.

Information about the application process should be consistent.
The good thingsProcess of application is neat and somewhat organized.
The challengesI passed the screening and assessment exam. The time I had the HR interview, I was informed that if I pass the interview, it will be job offer immediately after. Our conversation went good. Before we end, the HR told me that she will send me the result of the interview the night of the same day or the next day through email, and she told me I was good to go home. Suddenly just approximately 15 minutes later (I was already on my way home riding a public jeepney), I saw an unknown number on my phone that tried to call me 4 times. I was not expecting any calls at all because I was informed that they will be sending me an email for the result. After those missed calls, I received an email from Accenture saying that they have "withdrawn" my application - and if I am still interested, I can reach out. I tried to reply to the email, but it takes no replies. I tried to message the HR with the reason I missed to answer the call, then she sent me an email saying I have FAILED my HR interview.

    Very disappointing and very frustrating.
The good thingsHybrid setup. We work from home most of the time. Working on site at least once a month.
The challengesLow salary. Low allowances. Low increase. Low budget. Always cost cutting. Management is not good. Most disappointing company. Expectation vs Reality.

Work-life balance, but you really need to work harder
The good thingsI was hired on a project where sunset is not a thing, IPB is provided yearly, I got increase after a year of working. Healthy environment and thankful for my team.
The challengesIt is hard to get an increase, even if tenured people, promotions is not that easy, yes it is an advantage that there's no sunset on the project but promotions took so long, probably you'll be promoted after 5 yrs. but sometimes kahit 9 yrs. na di parin nabibigyan ng chance to level up.

I really like what I experienced here. The mandatory RTO is just what I don't like.
The good thingsDisclaimer: All of these are just based on what I experienced. Yours can be different depending on which project or client you will be deployed. The good things: - There's a lot of resource (documentation and video materials) that you can use to upskill. - The team of the project that I joined to is very supportive. It significantly reduces the stress that comes with the work. - What I am doing is mostly related to automation and AI related (ML, LLM, and a little bit of Agentic just recently) - Its flexible time. We don't have time-in and time-out. Just do your work honestly and the rest of the working hours is all yours to do whatever you want to do.
The challengesOverall: - The mandatory RTO that has been implemented recently and this is for all (or maybe not including the MDs and above?). It is 2x RTO per week. For the Project that I joined: - In general, it is internal. So, the technologies our team is using is all internal also. - Finding the documentation for the asset is quite challenging since it is internal. If the issue is new, you've got no choice but raise it directly to the product team. As for the client, you need to explain it very well so that the fall doesn't end up to your team.

The overall experience is highly educational. This is an excellent place to build a career.
The good thingsAwesome people and a great team.
The challengesCareer progression here is a lengthy process, and while other companies offer a similar level of work engagement, their compensation packages are often more substantial.

Improved my skills and confidence through hands-on work.
The good thingsOver the past three years at Accenture, I’ve learned a lot — both in terms of technical skills and working with different types of people. I had the chance to be involved in day-to-day operations that helped me become more detail-oriented and organized. I also appreciated being part of a team that supported each other, especially during busy periods. It was a good environment to grow in professionally and personally.
The challengesLike any workplace, there were a few challenges. Sometimes, processes felt a bit outdated or manual, which made things slower than they needed to be. There were also times when I hoped for more exposure to new tasks or projects to help me grow further. That said, I still made the most out of what was given to me.

Referred in Aug 2025, completed all interviews, but haven’t received any update since final.
The good thingsNone, they are not responsive regarding on your application. I was ghosted!
The challengesI was referred to the company in August 2025 and completed my initial technical interview. However, after that interview, I didn’t receive any communication from the Recruitment Analyst regarding the status of my application, which I believe was marked as “In Progress” in Workday meaning I didn't failed the initial technical interview. After about a month, I reached out to the person who referred me to ask for an update. A few days later, one of the Recruitment Analysts contacted me for an HR interview and subsequently scheduled my offshore interview. This took place in the last week of September (more than a month after my initial interview). I successfully passed the offshore interview and was later contacted by the recruiter to schedule my onshore interview. The interview was completed and feel like I'm going to get the job, imagine 3 technical interviews to test if you are capable of doing the said position, but since then, I haven’t received any updates from my recruiter

Accenture can be a great starting point for fresh graduates to gain experience and build valuable skills. However, it may not be the ideal choice for a long-term career path for everyone.
The good thingsWork-life balanced and good benefits.
The challengesThe compensation may not be highly competitive, and opportunities for advancement can be limited.

Less than ordinary. A lot of companies are better.
The good thingsThere are plenty of trainings and you get paid even if you are in bench
The challengesSome trainings are not matching the role and work assignment. Likewise some work assignment in projects are not matching the bootcamp attended and skills. Its very disorganized and disoriented when it comes to deployment. Most trainings are visual therefore less effective. Long working hour due to lack of resources in most projects. They will force you to do the module not within your skillset. 10 hours of duty is against the labor law and they are the only few companies who are implementing this. Salary is mediocre due to overload and long working hours. Slow career progress due to budget issue to improve employee salaries and promotion.

A dynamic workplace that offers incredible learning opportunities, global exposure, and fast-paced challenges that push you to grow.
The good thingsAccenture doesn’t just hire talent — it nurtures it. You’re given the tools, the space, and the support to grow into the best version of yourself.
The challengesAdvancement can be slow or unclear, especially in certain departments. Some feel promotions are more about networking than performance.

Still traumatized on what I experienced with the company
The good thingsCompetitive Salary and Benefits
The challengesWhat I didn’t like was the internal politics, which can negatively affect employee morale. I once had a one-on-one closed-door coaching session with my immediate supervisor, but the details of our discussion were later shared, which put me in an unfavorable position. In addition, HR was slow to act on benefits-related matters, I wasn’t able to claim my SSS benefits after my operation because, despite submitting all the required documents the day after my procedure, there were significant delays on their end.

Great coworkers and manageable workload, with room for improvement in management.
The good thingsThe best part of working here is my coworkers. They’re the good things in this company. They’re not just teammates; they’ve become my work family. We celebrate wins together, support each other through challenges, and share laughs that make even the busiest days feel lighter. Inside the office or outside of work, they’re people I can count on, and that’s something truly special.
The challengesThe challenge for me is with the management, not the workload. The amount of work is reasonable and manageable, but sometimes the way things are led or communicated can make the job more difficult than it needs to be.

The good thingsBest benefits and compensation so far that I experienced and they value their employees.
The challengesWe are using laptops since it was mostly work from home. I didn't experience full office set up, maybe they will provide computer with multiple monitors for easier task management.

The good thingsHigher standard of software development. Tons of training and upskilling.
The challengesNo overtime pay. Lower salary but fair compare to other companies. They offset that to your benefits like higher retirement pay, ability to purchase company stock at a lower price compare to current market, etc
