    Information about the application process should be consistent.
    The good thingsProcess of application is neat and somewhat organized.
    The challengesI passed the screening and assessment exam. The time I had the HR interview, I was informed that if I pass the interview, it will be job offer immediately after. Our conversation went good. Before we end, the HR told me that she will send me the result of the interview the night of the same day or the next day through email, and she told me I was good to go home. Suddenly just approximately 15 minutes later (I was already on my way home riding a public jeepney), I saw an unknown number on my phone that tried to call me 4 times. I was not expecting any calls at all because I was informed that they will be sending me an email for the result. After those missed calls, I received an email from Accenture saying that they have "withdrawn" my application - and if I am still interested, I can reach out. I tried to reply to the email, but it takes no replies. I tried to message the HR with the reason I missed to answer the call, then she sent me an email saying I have FAILED my HR interview.

    The challengesWhat I didn’t like was the internal politics, which can negatively affect employee morale. I once had a one-on-one closed-door coaching session with my immediate supervisor, but the details of our discussion were later shared, which put me in an unfavorable position. In addition, HR was slow to act on benefits-related matters, I wasn’t able to claim my SSS benefits after my operation because, despite submitting all the required documents the day after my procedure, there were significant delays on their end.

Inside the office or outside of work, they’re people I can count on, and that’s something truly special.
    The challengesThe challenge for me is with the management, not the workload. The amount of work is reasonable and manageable, but sometimes the way things are led or communicated can make the job more difficult than it needs to be.

    This company has the lowest rate ever, but with good benefit package especially for mothers. Very low yearly increase and they have a ceiling for each level. No matter how long you are in the company, if you are already on the ceiling, there is a possibility that your increase would be as low as 700 hundred pesos. Hard to be promoted because there’s a lot of staff in one project, unless, you know how to play their politics.
    The good thingsThe people - your team mates has values and they have nice personality. You would not want to leave because of them. Friendly company for mother and father because of their generous leaves, and they are also prioritized in filing VLs.
    The challengesThis is not an ideal company if you are not the managers’ favorite. Politics is very obvious, even those people that deserve promotion do not get to the top, because the ones that would be chosen are the favorites even if disrespectful to their colleagues and lacks process knowledge and hardwork.

    The challenges10 hours shift for any tech related role. Worked here for almost 3 years but salary increase and promotion will take decades to be substantial. Was transferred to a senior role but was not given any salary increase/promotion (only given to our leads). Time is money, time is gold but they don't value that in here, they only value the outputs you give them.

    The good thingsThe HMO is good. The perks and they give a lot of incentives. People are so welcome.
    The challengesThe prevalence of politics inside the office environment is tremendously not good. Superior always in favor to their closed employees. The process of employee relation is not good as well. You just be created as to follow rules and not to question it. Sorry ACN but you forget that your workers is a human not a ROBOT!!

    Accenture is good for starters; you will learn a lot from here, but there's no life here because all you need to do is work all your life, even on your rest days. And if you file a vacation leave, it's like you have no right to take a leave. The salary is very low compared to other BPO companies; when you want to have a high salary, you need to work overtime here until your last breath.
    The good thingsExcellent for a first job, but not for a long-term one.
    The challengesFiling for a leave of absence is difficult, and top management does not trust you when you report sick. It is their desire for you to work forever.
