    Great start for those who want to pursue a software developer career
    The good thingsTraining. You can receive your pay once you start your training. Starting salary is high (20k-25k), it depends on your skills, school and if you graduated with Latin Honors. Once the training is done, you will be assigned into a project. Best people - masaya kasama sila, maayos silang katrabaho. May mga activities din. Equal opportunity employer.
    The challengesLocation. You don't have a choice for the location (Eastwood, Gateway Cubao, Boni, Uptown BGC, Mckinley). You are located to where your project is located. Mas mataas ang bigayan kapag galing ka sa Big 4 schools. 9 hrs ang Tech at 8 hrs ang Operations. Tech -> programming. Akala ko kaya ko yung 9 hrs (well, kaya naman talaga), kaso kapag naassign ka sa super layo mula sa bahay mo, GG dahil sa traffic. Hindi lahat ng project, maganda.
