    The challengesAccenture is still promoting remote set-up at the time. No time to explore their facilities. Facilities in all parts of the Philippines, even worldwide, of different companies are still not open due to pandemic event.

    The good thingsMy manager is very understanding, they really care about their people. I never encountered any problem with my payroll which is a big plus, most of the time they pay the salaries early. Most of my maintenance meds, i can get for free from them, also a plus. The health care they provide to employees is also very helpful. I get regular increase every year. Overall I don't have any complaints. Best place to work.

    The challengesThey do not care about the potential employees. They seek for good employees but don’t give chance for others. 1 mistake, you’re out. Their standards are high, employers are rude.

    A fun place to work with but it also has its share of problems
    The good thingsThe company provides training materials that will help you with the job of your choice and most people in the workplace are easy to approach. The facilities are what you expect from a multinational IT company, complete with materials and tools that will enable you to test your skills before applying for the project.
    The challengesThe only problem is when finding a project to apply the lessons you have learned in various training sessions. There are times that you will be placed in a team/position with little to no relevance with your skills and what you have learned in Accenture's training sessions.

    The good thingsExpose to different industries, meet a lot of people, learn a lot of different tools and software development process. They recognize work efforts, have quarterly team building, have free food during overtime, great benefits package, and yearly increase,
    The challengesChallenges always is meeting the deadline. Sometime the timeline is not enough for the task given. Due to very short timeline people tend to do overtime as in overnight. Leaving people overworked.
