    Great coworkers, compensation & offices are nice. But no work-life balance, and demands flexibility.
    The good thingsTeammates and co-workers were are helpful and knowledgeable, leads and bosses help and are approachable. The work was straight forward most of the time, and the facilities are really good. Salary is never late, benefits and HMO are actually useable. Good for a first job.
    The challengesWork load can be heavy and numerous at times, there is a possibility that you will change teams or be put on loan to other teams so you need to be agile and learn quick, but they do provide you some support. Not all towers are like this, though it would be good to hire extra people to ensure quality and higher numbers done. Your work-life balance may suffer in certain teams.

    Work-life balance, but you really need to work harder
    The good thingsI was hired on a project where sunset is not a thing, IPB is provided yearly, I got increase after a year of working. Healthy environment and thankful for my team.
    The challengesIt is hard to get an increase, even if tenured people, promotions is not that easy, yes it is an advantage that there's no sunset on the project but promotions took so long, probably you'll be promoted after 5 yrs. but sometimes kahit 9 yrs. na di parin nabibigyan ng chance to level up.

    The challengesNo overtime pay. Lower salary but fair compare to other companies. They offset that to your benefits like higher retirement pay, ability to purchase company stock at a lower price compare to current market, etc

    I had a bad experience with my last team/project. The management it self. The work-life balance is a myth, I work 6 days a week. They don't believe in health and mental concerns. Some leads are manipulative and gas lighting. All they have is exceed the metric and go beyond that.

    The challengesLowlights - Tenure and longevity highly depend on assigned project's degree of toxicity and complexity - Company's aspirations and values on paper do not necessary align with reality on the ground - Company is aspirational in general but not necessarily the case with immediate management and general employee experience - Office politics does exist among immediate management and peers, hitting hard on employees' morale despite excellent performance and lasting client impact

    A very excellent experience and countless new knowledge added to my experiences in terms of technology, project administration and most importantly the warm welcome from the team and the knowledge sharing.
    The good thingsEqual opportunity given to employees, new or tenured, to handle big project or lead few enhancements adapting to the current technologies making solutions to every client needs. Most of all, a very appreciative and supportive company especially in giving trainings before project kickoff's making each member well equipped to challenges that might arise before, during and post development life cycle.
    The challengesAll were minors as expected since some members are from different region and time zones. However, these were all manageable, just needs to quickly relay any updates in timely manner.

    The challengesThe process in which we are allocated in a certain position, when we first apply for the company is not quite good. We didnt have much of a choice if we want to specialize in a certain area. They assigned us a fix position and fixed project.
