    Generally satisfied with the people and the culture, but not with the pay.
    The good thingsThe trainers were excellent and very approachable, knowledgeable and really passionate about their job. Encouragement tactics of the production managers were fun and effective, at least for me.

    The good thingsI was a pioneer in a new Account with CVG back in '06 (yes I'm an old millennial!) Stayed there for more than 3 years. Grateful that their recruitment team gave me a 'Freshie' (newly graduated) a chance to earn and learn to adult.

    The good thingsCompetitive salary back in 2015. I was a working student back then and it supported me in my law school expenses. Sched changes was the only reason I left. Were if not of the conflict in schedule, I would have stayed. I'm still recommending this workplace to date to my friends who are looking for opportunities in the BPO industry.
    The challengesMy schedule was based on the team's performance. We were consistently the top team. Then came that week were we only placed top 2 and lost our schedule. I had no choice but to resign since it was in conflict with my school schedule.
