    It was nice working here
    The good thingsCompetitive salary back in 2015. I was a working student back then and it supported me in my law school expenses. Sched changes was the only reason I left. Were if not of the conflict in schedule, I would have stayed. I'm still recommending this workplace to date to my friends who are looking for opportunities in the BPO industry.
    The challengesMy schedule was based on the team's performance. We were consistently the top team. Then came that week were we only placed top 2 and lost our schedule. I had no choice but to resign since it was in conflict with my school schedule.

    I enjoyed my BPO career with CVG!
    The good thingsCVG has development programs and trainings that will further improve potential agents to level up. Their Team Leads are very supportive. There is job security with CVG once you become their regular employee.
    The challengesI hope that CVG would upgrade their salary range eapecially for those performing agents. More Incentive programs to hype up the team spirit.

    A highly competitive company but also comes with a very stressfull job!
    The good thingsThe people, my team. Good environment is always a motivation. Challenging your self to boost your confidence.
    The challengesFirst the account itself would be the deal breaker for me because of the suddenly changing of promotions, second meeting the metrics is very challenging, third the training for the tools and product is not well enough trained its giving me a hard time during taking calls I have to call my coach from time to time in able for me to learn how to manage my tools , fourth having a hard time to learn all the strategy to win irate customer hearts maybe because I'm new for this field other than that its a good company.

    The challengesThough a big company, they do not focus on the welfare of their employees. The salary is relatively low compared with other organization. The benefits changed especially their medical provider which is necessity. Some changes may be necessary for the business but definitely not for the good of employees.

    The good thingsThis company promotes \"Building from within\". They like to build talents. They invest so much on their employees and make sure that they are equipped and ready to take on bigger responsibilities. This company do not exhaust outside resources. Convergys make sure that they look for talents inside the company before they open any job requisition for any external candidates.
    The challengesOnce you stepped in, you will feel like 5 years of service is not enough. Convergys has a great Employee-Engagement team.

    The good thingsTraining class is excellent. Trainers are superb and training style is very effective. Annual increase is based on performance. Well manage company. Retirement benefits. Lots of accounts.

    The good thingsThere are a lot of things I am thankful of working in Convergys. These things make me stay even though there are other better opportunities. First, when you work at Convergys, you will feel the nurturing environment. Convergys, once hired you, will present opportunities for you to grow and develop your career. They promote people from within.
    The challengesMy challenge is staying here is through the different changes that happened. Sometimes, it is hard to change what you have used to. But I realized that in this kind of industry, change is a common expectation. The thing is on how you will deal with it. If in times you feel like giving up, go back to your point of motivation. Ask yourself, \"why am I here for?\".
