My First BPO company
The good thingsI was a pioneer in a new Account with CVG back in '06 (yes I'm an old millennial!) Stayed there for more than 3 years. Grateful that their recruitment team gave me a 'Freshie' (newly graduated) a chance to earn and learn to adult.
The challengesFinally got tired of the GY shift and looked for better opportunities with better pay.

The good thingsConvergys is one of the pioneer BPO in the Philippines.I could say that I'am currently working with the company wherein everyone can have a career growth.What I like about the company is they are organised from the recruitment process until the end of your stay with the company,everyone is professional as well from the security guards to your supervisors up.
The challengeschallenges could be the payday that recently change from 15,30 to every other payday.
